Fit & Sizing
The size and length of our products will be mentioned in the description, and the model pictures can also be used as references. We offer different lengths for certain items. Please ensure you select the correct length. We are not responsible for the correct fit of the product.
Cancellations
Unfortunately, our system does not allow us to cancel an order.
Please choose carefully before placing your order as we cannot make changes.
Sold Out Items
If something you like has sold out, please get in contact for restock information via

We try our best to restock as often as possible; however, many items are limited in availability.
Damaged & Faulty Items
Every item will go through a thorough quality check before being packaged and shipped out to the customer. On the rare occasion an item arrives damaged/faulty, please let us know within 24 hours of the item being marked as ‘delivered’. After this period, we will no longer accept an exchange or return.
Return & Refund
Please note that refunds are not accepted under any circumstances. We only offer exchanges, and these are strictly limited to size-related issues.
If you wish to request an exchange due to sizing, you must submit an exchange request within 48 hours of receiving your package. Requests made after this time frame will not be accepted.
All exchanged items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Once your request is approved, further instructions for the exchange process will be provided.
